Jewel Connect
These Terms govern your use of the Jewel Connect mobile apps and related services operated at joinjewel.app (“Jewel Connect”, “we”, “us”). By joining or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Jewel Connect is an ephemeral social discovery messenger. You pick a display name, appear to others who are online, and may chat or start audio/video sessions. There is no traditional account; access is session-based and temporary.
You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country. In the EU/EEA that is typically 16 (and never under 13). If you are under the applicable age, do not use Jewel Connect.
Sessions expire; inactivity may disconnect you; Leave revokes your session. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime or that a particular person will be online.
Meet and talk carefully with people you do not know. We may rate-limit, block content patterns (such as phone numbers in chat), or disconnect sessions to protect users and the platform. Report concerns to support@joinjewel.app.
Jewel Connect branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you create; you grant us a limited license to transmit it as needed to operate real-time features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for interactions between users. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer law in your country (including in the EU).
You may stop using the app at any time (Leave). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create risk for others or the service.
We may update these Terms; the effective date will change on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
